Another major user-centric renovation completed at the USC Science & Engineering Library was the increase of technology supported. The library now provides large information kiosks, as well as wired-study carrels for laptops. Students are able to use the video conference room as well. As the world starts to rely on technology more and more, the USC Libraries are able to provide the speed needed for their users to get the information they want quickly and effectively.

Last summer the USC Science & Engineering renovated the first floor of their building. This newly redesigned reading room opened up the floor a great deal. It allowed for an expansion of seating areas for students, to both work individually, and providing more space for collaborative efforts.
